Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sriexa Exports, we believe in supporting our global clients, and we maintain a transparent, fair, and professional cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • We cannot accept cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or communicated to our farm/mill partners and they have initiated packaging, custom processing, or shipping preparations.

2. Perishable Goods Exceptions

Sriexa Exports cannot accept cancellations or refunds for highly perishable agricultural commodities once processing starts.

However, we can process replacements or refunds if the buyer formally establishes that the delivered quality does not meet the specified grade. This must be validated by certified, independent cargo surveyors at the destination port.

3. Transit Damaged or Defective Consignments

In the rare event of transit damage or quality deviations, please report the issue with clear photographic/video evidence to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the cargo.

Once reviewed, verified, and approved by our quality control board, an appropriate remedy, cargo replacement, or refund credit will be arranged.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

For all approved refunds by Sriexa Exports, please allow 3 to 4 business days for the transaction to be processed back to the buyer via our verified banking channels or original Letter of Credit (L/C).
