1. International Freight & Delivery Terms

Sriexa Exports manages cargo deliveries based on globally recognized Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.) mutually agreed upon during contract confirmation. All international consignments undergo strict export customs clearance and packing procedures before leaving Indian seaports or airports.

2. Processing & Shipment Timelines

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 15-21 days, or according to the specific delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Timelines remain subject to shipping line schedules and global carrier container availability.

Sriexa Exports is not liable for structural transit delays caused by sea freight carrier backlogs, weather disturbances, port congestions, or local customs processing procedures in the receiving country. Our guarantee is to execute a clean handover of the consignment cargo to shipping or postal authorities within 15-21 days of receiving cleared payment.

3. Delivery Address Requirements

All shipments will be dispatched directly to the delivery address specified by the buyer in the trade contract. Delivery of our transactional services and official trade documents (including Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, etc.) will be dispatched to your registered company email ID provided during trade registration.
